Something Unexpected CLOSED

It had been three months since Jareth had seen Kanana. One could tell that there was something off about him because of that. He had never gone more than a few weeks without seeing her. He had known for some time that he was in love with her. But he did not know if she had felt those same feelings for her. He walked up to the palace door, his frame bent and broken. He was but a shell of the man that he was before. "Kanana, I'm here."

tokiwa would take the book and began to read it. then after the one of the men took jareth, kanana had the other one pick her up, giving her a piggyback ride. she was grateful for that, as her legs had been getting tired from all the walking they had done. she would continue to read the book, however a lot of it confused her more or less.

( assuming control...)
then all the sudden, there would be a loud crack like sound echoing downward. then a sound like a mass movement of objects would be heard, looking up one would see a large amount of snow and ice barreling down right at them. it would move to fast for them to move to a safe area as it collided with the group.

Shortly after digging there way out (or whatever) they found find that everyone but one person was there, jareth kanana and the two men, were there, but tokiwa was missing.

Jareth looked around worriedly, "KANANA!" he shouted, "KANANA! WHERE ARE YOU?!" He continued to look around, he then saw her staff in the ground. He got away from the two men and he started to dig where the staff was.

Tokiwa would be nowhere to be found or seen, you wouldn't hear any cries for help or pain. there would only be silence on the moutian. then a hissing sound would be heard, if one quickly looked over to were it was coming from not far away they would see steam pouring out along with a pile of ice and snow getting smaller and smaller. Then a glow would be seen from though the ice and snow, then a scream out from it burst forth a large arm made out of what looked like volcanic rock, then it would slowly pull itself out from the pile it was it, reliving a monster of lava and stone. Kanana would most likely know what and who this was as soon as she saw it. it would then roar at them in a blind like rage.

Jareth brushed the snow off of Kanana, "Come on, you're going to be fine." Then he heard the scream. "Oh my god! What the h'ell is that?!" Jareth made a crystal, but he about fainted. He righted himself and he pulled Kanana out of the snow. Jareth hacked out some blood, "Go, this snow should be good enough. Just get the blood and burn that scale. I'll try to hold this thing off." Jareth then threw the crystal at the lava monster, wherever it hit would freeze with ice forming over it.

as the crystal hit tokiwa the creature would roar as the ice covered it, stopping it only momentently before the ice braking and melting off, the creature would take a step foreword before, seemly stoping hearing a voice looking down at kanana. in this form, she did not know who this woman was, tokiwa would slowly lift up one of its fists like it was going to attack but it would stop itself. fore some rasion it did not want to hurt this one. However it looked back over at jareth, "pain...." it would say, in a demonic voice, however you could also hear tokiwa's voice mixed in as well. "agony...." it would start to move at jareth with its lumbering steps walking past kanana.

Jareth looked at Kanana, "She's Tokiwa!?!?" He then saw Tokiwa come at him, "Oh sh'it." Jareth jumped back and keeled over, out sprang blood from his mouth. "Kanana! Hurry up and finish the cure! With my magci I should be able to revert her back to normal!"

tokiwa would stop and go to look over at kanana, it growled at her, now the one could fly, it was starting to annoy her. "You stop me from punishing those who brought me harm, I am the destroyer....my anger burns from the depths below........the world shall feel my torment......its puny kingdoms quake beneath my rage...." it would roar. it would raise its arms above its head seemly about to smash them into the ground, No....this wasn't right, she had to stop.... it would seemly stop, the glowing lava from within seemly dying down. its body seemly falling apart, tokiwa's body falling out of it seemly passed out.

Jareth looked and he saw Tokiwa fall from the snow. He then went over and he picked up some of the snow and he put it on Kanana's blisters. "Here, it should help. And yes, I did have a spell. Remember when we were young? When we first gained our powers? You were flying over the lake and then your wings disappeared. You swore that you saw me do something. You did. That was a spell that can force Corleiks back into their human forms."

Tokiwa layed there unconscious, her body still felt hot from using her power, inside her mind, she felt someone holding her, but she not tell who, images flashed in her mind of her mother, long dead but she could not help but remember the times she had with her long ago. "Mommy...." she would mutter huging onto kanana,she was still out cold but her body had cooled down a lot due to the cold area. everything about her otherwise was fine, tho the amount of engery she used may have stressed her her out more then normal due to using mental willpower to stop herself, something she had not done before.

Jareth looked at Kanana, "Come on. The sooner we get up the mountain the sooner I can heal you, and her." He then motioned to Tokiwa with his head, he keeled over. He coughed more blood. "Let's get going then. Shall we?"

tokiwa would remain for the most part out cold, only mumbling about something once in a while. her body would seemly pulse with heat every few minutes but other then that, she would do nothing out of the normal of a unconscious person. in her mind, she stood there watching different memories go by, mostly of the past family's she had.

Jareth was still being carried. And they had reached the top. He got out a measuring utensil and he measured out how much snow was needed. He handed the amount to Kanana and he started wheezing. The poison was affecting his lungs now.

Tokiwa would be a moment disturbed by the stab to her leg. her eyes would crack open slightly and she would turn her head to look at kanana and jareth, giving them a smile before just nodding off back into a deep slumber, not being able to stay awake from the large energy drain she had experienced.

Jareth drank the mixture. Instantly, color began to reappear on his face, shadows under his eyes began to fade. He was instantly getting better. But did you expect? He is a sorcerer after all. He looked at Tokiwa's leg and he formed a crystal. He threw it at her leg and when it hit it vanished. A long scar appearing where the cut once was. "Kanana, do you want me to heal you?"

Jareth made two crystals. One he cast upon his legs and the other his arms. The speed spell was active, and so was the one for strength. He grabbed and held all of four of the others. And he ran down the mountain as fast as he could, while still traveling safely. It took them a matter of minutes to get back to the castle.

Tokiwa would slowly open her eyes, she watched as kanana was dragged away but what she believed was one of her nurses. she yawned not sure what was going on, she dropped down from whoever was holding her. she looked around, and found her she was back in the castle. she slowly followed after the kanana and the nurse, not sure what was going on she would peek into the room they took her into.

Jareth went on over to Kanana. Meaning of course that he followed her. He looked at Tokiwa and he beamed at her, "You are a very powerful Corliek. Did you know that? It is those like us Colreiks that are the most suited for magic usage.'" He then turned and looked at Kanana, "I understand now why you were so... I don't know how to say it at the moment, (OOC: I really don't. My mind is dead right now.) But I understand why you want us to wait on her training in the field of magic."
