Please tell me if this seems reasonably fair:
Third Characters that you make can be hybrids of two different races. For example: Ventanie/Corleik or Altamone/Exatiaz. In order to get a hybrid character the following below must be completed:
1)You must have over 200 posts with you first character.
2)Must have over 200 post with your second character.
3)The total post count for both of your first and second accounts must equal or be above 600 posts.
4)Must have atleast completed 5 topics with both characters.
5)Must be an active member.
6)Must post something at least twice every week.
7)Be sure to keep both characters active.
